Sustainability and social responsibility - Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations

KnowledgeAgent recognizes the importance of education in a modern society. As an employer, we are committed to lifelong learning in the workplace. Every one of our employees has the right to paid training.
Our broad training and development program includes comprehensive initial training, on-the-job training, mentoring, online courses, in-house seminars and external training courses. Our employees are encouraged to commit to continuous learning.
Target 5: Achieve gender equality and empower all women

Careful use of resources is a matter of course. Our office is fully digitalized and paperless. Energy efficiency and recycling are key criteria in our procurement.
Target 13: Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts by regulating emissions and promoting developments in renewable energy
KnowledgeAgent aims to achieve a comprehensive reduction in CO2 emissions. Limiting global warming is a key political issue and a task for society as a whole.
Decentralized power generation with our own PV system is just as much a matter of course for us as electric company cars. Reducing energy consumption through efficient appliances and responsible heating is part of our daily business practice.
